Heating and Air Conditioning are the basic means of climate control for homes and building. These systems generally come in two categories: Forced Air Systems and Hydronic Systems. Forced Air Heating is accomplished primarily by means of a Furnace or Heat Pump. Forced Air Cooling is accomplished via Air Conditioner or Heat Pump.

Hydronic Systems use Boilers and Water Heater to produce Hot Water which is then circulated to Radiators, Radiant Floors, or Air Handlers to distribute the heat. Radiant Heating Systems, while having higher initial costs, actually use less energy than comparable forced air systems. Radiant Heating Systems can use 20% to 40% less energy to heat the same space, while maintaining a much greater comfort. These systems can be built with most of the popular flooring surfaces, whether it be Hardwoods, Tiles, Concrete, or Carpets.

Ventilation

Bath Exhaust Fans, Heat Recovery Ventilators, Kitchen Exhaust, Dryer Vents, Ductwork, and Air Cleaning and Purifying are essential components of a clean, comfortable home or building.

Homes are being built so tight today for energy efficiency that the occupants are craving fresh air. Opening the window provides fresh air but defeats the energy efficiency. Stainless steel burners and aluminum cast mono block construction mean many years of reliability.
